Professional Background

I am a Pennsylvania attorney advising startups, closely held businesses, and individuals on a range of business and commercial legal matters. My work includes contract drafting and negotiation, technology and SaaS agreements, corporate and commercial transactions, compliance issues, and business succession planning.

I also hold the Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) credential and advise clients on privacy, data use, and technology-related legal considerations as part of broader business planning.

Location and Practice Area

I’m based in Northwestern Pennsylvania, serving clients throughout the greater Erie area and across Western Pennsylvania, including Meadville and Pittsburgh. I work with clients both locally and remotely.

I’m also a small business owner myself, which informs how I think about risk, growth, and the real-world decisions clients face.

After several years in private practice, I founded Fischer Legal Services, PLLC to offer a more direct and flexible approach to business law. My focus is on helping clients navigate contracts, transactions, and legal decisions with clarity, context, and an understanding of how businesses actually operate.
